Information we use

We use your display name, email address, password hash (not a readable password) and sign-in information to create and secure your account, verify your email and help you recover access. We store the game-account labels, server records, favourites, dinosaur details and skin codes you enter, together with sharing settings and your public username. Browser and session information helps us maintain security and prevent abuse. Hosting providers also receive technical connection information, such as network addresses and requests. If you contact us, we receive your message and contact details.

We use this information to provide the garage service you request, keep it secure, send account emails and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. This fan tool does not connect to Steam or live game accounts.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the account and garage service you request, our legitimate interests in security, preventing abuse and answering enquiries, and complying with applicable legal obligations. Dismissing the privacy notice is not consent to additional uses.

Sharing your garage

New garages are private. If you choose Public, anyone can view all your saved game-account labels, server records, dinosaur status, species, growth, Prime status and skin codes. New records and saved edits also appear. Your public username forms part of the link. Your sign-in name, email, password and session credentials are not part of the public garage.

You can make the garage Private again to block future public access. This does not delete your account or remove copies already downloaded or cached by other people or services, including social-link previews.

Cookies and browser storage

First-party sign-in cookies keep your account session working. The normal session lasts up to seven days and can renew while you use the service. Signing out ends the current session. Blocking these cookies may prevent sign-in features from working.

Your browser also remembers the version of the privacy notice you dismissed. That preference stays until you clear browser storage or a newer notice replaces it; it is not a record of consent. You can reopen the notice from the footer. If you used our earlier prototype, your browser may still contain garage records, which the app can offer to import if you choose. You can remove those local records in browser settings.

The website does not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking, whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Email-provider practices are described separately below.

Providers and other services

Render hosts our website and database in Oregon, United States. Brevo delivers account-verification and password-reset emails. Gmail receives correspondence sent to our privacy contact. These providers process information to supply their services, including operational and security records.

Brevo is configured to delete transactional email logs after one month and not store previews of new emails. That setting does not establish that older previews have been deleted. Email delivery logs support account-message delivery and troubleshooting. Brevo may also record recipient-linked email opens or link clicks where supported; anonymous tracking is not enabled in the account. We send plain-text account emails, but whether Brevo rewrites or tracks those particular messages has not yet been verified. Dismissing the website notice does not authorize email engagement tracking.

If an optional Discord integration is enabled, it can update a configured message using public garage information. Sharing a link in another service can also let that service fetch and keep a preview. If you use a compatible browser assistant, it can read selected garage fields or open the editor through browser features; that assistant's handling of data follows its own privacy terms. We do not automatically send these results to an AI provider.

Information may be processed outside your country. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your request.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and garage information while needed to provide your account and service, and other information as needed for security, support or applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion. We review verified requests under applicable law, including any legitimate exceptions; making a garage private or signing out does not delete your data.

Account-verification and reset links expire after 15 minutes. Expiry of a link or session does not mean every related security record has been deleted. Our outgoing email queue removes delivered or expired messages when it runs. Provider records, support correspondence and backups follow separate retention arrangements. Backup copies and copies kept by other services may remain after deletion from the active service; we do not promise immediate removal of every copy.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your garage, change Public/Private visibility and sign out. Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of your information, restrict processing, object to certain processing, or complain to a relevant privacy regulator. Email softwarebymasood@gmail.com to ask about or exercise these rights. We may need to verify control of your account before responding. Do not send your password.

The service is intended for a general audience. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, please contact us so we can review the situation and handle it under applicable law.

We will update the date on this page when this policy changes. A materially revised notice may appear again in your browser.
